The Knife Brother represents several industry-leading products that each have its own unique warranty and return policy.  View the individual policies below.

CUTCO: (Policy)

All Cutco products will show up on your bank statement as “Cutco.” If it does not say Cutco on your statement, then scroll down to see if you fall under the Knife Brother policy.

All Cutco® Products are backed by The Forever Guarantee. This is Cutco’s unwavering promise and it is at the heart of everything we do. Performance is guaranteed and this includes free sharpening. If at any time you are not satisfied with the performance of your product, we will correct the problem or replace the product. Whether you made the initial purchase or you received Cutco as a gift, it is Cutco’s guarantee that your products will perform like new forever. **A nominal return shipping fee applies.

15-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee

If at any time within 15 days after receipt of your Cutco Product, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may get a full refund of your purchase price by contacting Cutco Customer Service.  Due to personalization, engraved products cannot be returned under the Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. All other aspects of The Forever Guarantee do apply.

KNIFE BROTHER MERCHANDISE (Policy)

All Knife Brother merch, clothing and products will show up on your bank statement as “Knife Brother.”  If it shows up as “Cutco Cutlery,” view the return policy above.

Overview

Customers have 30 days from the time of purchase to return their product. After 30 Days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cutco products must be returned to Cutco headquarters. Please do not send your Cutco product to our local Knife Brother offices.  Details on returning items to Cutco are written above.

Any clothing item that shows extended hourly use may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Include the name on the receipt, your printed or emailed receipt, and/or order number.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund by 5 to 7 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you paid by PayPal, make sure the money isn’t being held in your PayPal account.

Bargain Bin Items

Only new items may be refunded. Used Bargain Bin items are sold as is and cannot be returned.  However, user will get the full Cutco warrantee for sharpening and repair.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@KnifeBrother.com and send your item to:

It is recommended to email or call us first to see if your item is eligible for return or exchange.  All ineligible orders not following written guidelines will be held at our warehouse until a nominal return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the giftee, the person who purchased the gift will receive a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 Cutting Edge Gifts has a limited return policy on manufacturer defects and incorrect engravements.  If you did not approve the image or text that was engraved on your item then reach out to The Knife Brother team at (713) 581-4593. Your inquiry must be received within 15 days of receipt of your item and be in the original packaging.
